Be Creative

One of the best things about Spring are rainbows! They’re always so fun and colorful and a perfect way for kids to learn about colors! I highly recommend getting a set of dot markers if your little one likes arts and crafts! It’s a new, fun way for them to “color” and explore with precision. I’ve included the different rainbow printables below. If you don’t have dot markers your could also use stickers, pom poms, or color with a crayon or marker as well!

Activity:

I used this tray for the markers and taped down the corners of the printable to prevent sliding.

Have your child press the corresponding dot marker to the colored dot on the paper. We started with the outer band of the rainbow and worked inward.

My daughter loved this activity! These would also be fun to have available for kids at a St. Patrick’s Day event or rainbow themed birthday as well!
