Be Creative

We’re getting ready for back to school with this fun paper Crayon Puzzle! My Daughter loves puzzles and completing crafts so I wanted to combine the two! This is a great way for little ones to use fine motor skills and is educational with color recognition. I’ve included the FREE printables below!

Materials needed:

Printables:

Directions:

Print and cut out the Crayon box pieces.

Run glue down the back side edges and the very bottom (don’t put any glue along the top arch or in the middle). Flip and press onto the yellow rectangle.  You should be able to open the middle (like a pocket).

Print and cut out the Crayon pieces.

Assemble Crayon:

Match the corresponding pieces and have your little one glue the Crayon together!

My Daughter enjoyed gluing each Crayon together and then placing them in the Crayon box along the way.

Additional printables:

I’ve included an additional printable (above) that you can print and have your child color in the crayon pieces before assembly to create a coloring activity!

Colors of Kindness Crayon Box

Kindness is so important! I love that Crayola has a box of “Kindness” crayons. I created a free printable puzzle (same steps as above) that pair well with these crayons!

Printables:

I hope your little one enjoys this activity! Follow me along on Instagram and let me know if you try it out! 🙂
