Father’s Day falls on the first day of Summer this year! Therefore, this handprint popsicle craft is perfect for your little ones to make to celebrate his special day! There’s always something extra special about a gift that is handmade! I’ve included three free printables below for your child to glue their handmade popsicle to for a complete Father’s Day gift!

Materials needed:

Directions:

Using a foam brush, paint the bottom of your child’s hand with washable paint.

Keeping the fingers together, firmly press hand onto a blank piece of paper.

Repeat process for each child. We did two handprints per to make two cards! Let them dry completely.

Once dry, cut the handprints out and glue popsicle sticks half way down the back of them.

Glue googly eyes.

Glue bows (optional). You could also glue a bow to the base of the handprint as a bowtie (boy).

Print desired printable on cardstock paper and glue popsicles on top. You can then have your little ones write their name on the bottom corner or the back!

I hope you have a wonderful Father’s Day! Follow me along on Instagram and let me know if your little ones make this craft! ♥
