Our girls enjoy eating the patriotic popsicles every Summer! I wanted to make a treat that replicated the fun, bright colors of the popsicles with a sweet, sugary consistency (similar to a PEEP)! They were actually pretty simple to make!

Directions:

Separate your sprinkles and sugar into three separate bowls and fill a fourth bowl with water.

Using a knife, round out the top of one of the three marshmallows

Grab a marshmallow, quickly dunk it in water and then immediately place it in the sprinkles/sugar. Fully coat the marshmallow with the sprinkles/sugar.

Repeat with the other two marshmallows.

Using a butter knife, carefully push the knife all the way through the center of the blue sprinkled marshmallow and pull back out. Slide the marshmallow onto the jumbo popsicle stick (leaving a few inches on the bottom for the handle).

Repeat with the white (sugar coated) marshmallow.

*Note: When pushing the knife through the red sprinkled marshmallow only go as far as the remainder of your popsicle stick (don’t push all the way through).

Our girls loved these yummy marshmallow treats! They would be perfect to make for Memorial Day or the 4th of July!
